Yeah 4 years ago in the U.S. it was barely on at all. This year it's made it all the way up to ESPN 2 at 10:00 in the morning.

Wow, I was unaware soccer was so big up here in Canada, they set up a special little area in a mall for people to watch the game. Who goes to the mall to watch sports.

Try living in germany. I mean this stuff is literally in my back yard. Even if you dont like it, you get caught up in it. Hard not to when there are an extra 5 million people running around. Each somewhat large city has set up massive screens outdoors for people to watch who couldnt make it to one of the stadiums. Its like mardi gras, but a month long. Im not really interested in who wins as much as I enjoy watching players fake injuries to get fouls called on the other team. These guys are great actors and would make fantastic NBA players. All the whining and crying about the slightest touch. Reminds me of how Divac would literally flop on the court to get a foul called. Anywho, like it or hate it, if you live in it you have to enjoy at least the fests that take place. As for a winner of the WM, on paper Id say Brazil. England says they will win, join the club, the other teams say that too. Mexico has some sort of god of death idol with them, dont know what thats about. But, if germany loses, there will be riots, and Ill have to move.
